Lets get personal.

I started Crystal Vibes when I was going through my own mental health journey. I was a new mom working full time as an operations manager at a large company. I would wake up at 1 am to go to work, run an operation overseeing a team of over 100 people, and somehow managed to sneak away every 3 hours to pump.

After a year of breastfeeding, I had to wean off because I had a jaw surgery coming up. My hormone levels dropped so drastically that I ended up in a "post-weaning" depression. I had multiple panic attacks and I felt like my body was shutting down. I barely got my sh** together before I had to have my surgery.

Post surgery was rough - jaw wired shut, liquid diet, and the worst head pains. I tried to stay positive and had good days but I also had really bad days. I looked to my healing crystals to help ease my stress and anxiety during my recovery. I listened to meditation podcasts and I took long warm baths. My focus on my healing and self care rituals saved me.

I began to take all the things I loved - self care, crystals, and positive vibes - and turned it into Crystal Vibes which is a creative outlet where I can create with mindfulness and intention and share my creations with others.

Mental health is so important and I hope that my story can inspire you to treat yourself with love, compassion, and self care. Because you deserve it.
